"Gravy"

I have been a customer of KFC all over Asia, Hong Kong,Philippines,China during my working life in those countries and the standard of service,food,and customer service has always been excellent.

That was until i came back to the UK and went into KFC in Oldham last weekend ,The service was slow ,the food pretty average ,customer service nil,and to make things worse 2 small pots of gravy cost 1pound 98p ,my god i could have bought a whole jar of gravy mix for less than a pound .It hasnt put me off KFC but Oldham branch never again ..
