We had all our windows and doors changed two years ago with Buffalo Upvc.We have been extremely pleased with the heat savings and comfort we have experienced as our old windows were cold and drafty.we recently had the misfortune of an attempted burglary and although we are pleased to say that they neither got in through the doors or windows they damaged our door so that it was inoperable.As i am disabled this would have potentially caused a lot of distress.I contacted Mark (the owner ) at 8pm and although he probably wasn't best pleased he came out with an engineer and rectified our immediate crisis.THANKS.
