In ten years of going to pets at home i have been happy with the staff on reception we have two dogs edd and griff griff has cushings syrndrone and edd gets stress and epilepsy ibooked an appointment for edd on a sunday 2 weeks in advance i had booked what i thought was the first appointment for edd to cause him less stress on arrival there was a big queue at the door we had to wait apprrox 30 minutes to see the vet but my main gripe is that having this vet for the last 12 or even 13 years is that i have never been attended too in anywhere near the time scale when i did complain on a sunday to a person on the reception she said that sunday was there busiest day because other vets were closed sorry i am regular and good customer should you maybe employ a vet for your emegencies that are not your regular patients we attended the practice in mid november i am so dissapointed in the way i have been treated i am a working person who picked your practise because i have to fit in work and the vets and doctors.
