A review of Pulse Home Products Ltd by Wayne R written on Sunday 12th of February 2017
I purchased the VBM015 bread maker about four years ago and every time we used it we find it impossible to remove the paddles that are stuck in the bottom of the loaf without virtually having to rip the loaf apart. The instructions are quite comprehensive about the bread making techniques, but very little information on removing these paddles, apart from a hook that is supplied for this purpose that is useless. It states that 'the paddles can sometimes get stuck' This is the case on every occasion! We can spend as much time trying to remove these as it takes to process the bread, and when removed, the bread has huge holes in the bottom.
The bread maker is a brilliant idea but they need to go back to the drawing board to solve this annoying problem..
